Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

Patients’ personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• appointment registration and provision of medical services,
• maintenance of medical records,
• telephone or email contact regarding appointments,
• fulfillment of legal obligations arising from medical and tax regulations,
• marketing purposes (e.g. informing about new services – only with the Patient’s consent).

Personal data are processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f), as well as Article 9(2)(h) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

Data Recipients

Personal data may be shared with:

• entities cooperating with Denta-Med in the provision of medical services (e.g. laboratories, dental technicians),
• entities providing IT, accounting, or legal services,
• public authorities authorized to obtain data under applicable law.
